This is the zink injection mold. we use it in house. It is for desk cable management products. Since it is for high level marketing so that we have mirror chromed and silver painting like Al color etc.

For zink parts, The main problem is not only show customers samples. we should keep the same quality for a few K pcs. Not only the out side is normal cosmetic but also the internal is also need polished being of after assembly.  users maybe open the cover an see the internal quality. So even cor side with a lot of ribs and holes we have to keep it well.. Being of it is manual work for finish. So it is necessary to check it 100%.

This part is for desk holes 120mm with a lot of cables. customer can open it very big and close it very small. it looks very nice. It is to clean the desk an organized the cables on desk.

From below drawing, you will see the products are too much difference thickness. The Surface class A is just 1mm. And 4 mm width. The base is around 4mm thickness. It is difficult for mold and molding. Also the polish. If is easy to have short shot and edge will have air trap.
