This is the zink die casting mold. we use it for socket decoration panel. It is for desk socket products. Since it is for high level marketing so that we have mirror chromed brushed chrome  and white and black painting color etc.

For zink parts, The main problem is not only show customers samples. we should keep the same quality for a few K pcs. Not only the out side is normal cosmetic but also the internal is also need polished being of after assembly.  users maybe open the cover an see the internal quality. So even core side with a few lifters, we need  remove the burrs and steps. Being of it is manual work for finish. So it is necessary to check it 100%.

This part is for desk top socket with modulized function. Like electrical socket. USB; internet and vidio and Audio etc.  we just slide the panel.

From below photo, you will know since the top have some slope surface. But customer need chrome surface so that we have to polish the top and surround also internal surface. it is not so easy to make it since it is inside.
