Product description：

This is the zink injection mold. we use it in house. It is for desk socket products. Since it has big volume, so that we made multi cavities mold.

For this parts, The main problem is to provide right parts with low cost. we use some machine to clean the burrs and clear the dust and keep it in well condition. aslo need help customer to assembly  Grade 12.9 nut with bolt.  So it will be checked 100%.

This part is for fixation. So we should check the force and function. Not only the cosmetic.

The die casted parts normally has a lot of burrs. we have find the way to remove it and keep it clean and polish the surface and keep the shape very nice.
