This is the zink die casting mold. we use it in our shop. It is the button cover of desk top socket. The surface is flat and we need keep it flat during the polish and brushing. otherwise it is very easy to find it after assembly. All surfaces should be same quality and finish. otherwise while 4 pcs with frame together then it looks ugly.

As the Zink parts, they have a lot of burrs and need a lot of manual work. Also a lot of finishes are for the parts. We have to check it carefully and keep the cosmetic consistence. checked the parts 100% carefully.

For this part isn’t so easy to make the finish. since the metal finishes are more difficult than the plastic one.
