This is the zink injection mold. we use it in house. It is for desk socket products. Since it is for high level marketing so that we have mirror chromed  etc finish. Since the edge is very small so that it is easy to have deformation after polish. we need find the way to keep the shape.

For zink parts, The main problem is not only show customers samples. we should keep the same quality for a few K pcs/lot. Not only the out side is normal cosmetic but also the internal.  So even core side  we have to keep it well.. Being of it is manual work for finish. So it is necessary to check it 100%.

This part is for desk socket decoration, it is the critical parts for the whole products. it looks very nice. It is the highlight point on desk.

The die casted parts normally has a lot of burrs. we have find the way to remove it and keep it clean and polish the surface and keep the shape very nice.
