This is the Mirror polish and chromed finish part. It is one of the finish for this parts. we use it for cable outlet  decoration cover. In some high end office marketing. Customer likes it very much.

From the photo, you know the polish and chrome level. It is like mirror.

For this parts we have a lot of finish, like chrome, brushed chrome. brushed nickel;etc.

For this part, we have 2pcs component’s for one set. From cosmetic view, we need keep all 2pcs with same finish. IT is very difficult to keep each lot with same finish during production.

We have a few size parts with same finish for them.

Injection need let the surface looks good so that no problem during the polishing and chroming.  The shape isn’t so regular so that  we only can polish it with hand. It isn’t so easy to keep the same surface. we always need put the same skillful worker to do the job.
