Product description：

This is the plastic jet pipe rotator parts for famous Sweeper machine maker. Karcher in Germany.

1. From the 2D drawing, we can see the tolerance is very small. just 0.05mm for 18mm diameter. IT is PA66+GF30 and the thickness is uneven. Not easy for so big machine and parts.

2. Hot nozzle is special one. one nozzle with 4 gates in the top. It is specially designed for this kind of bush parts for better cycle time and less waste.

3. The hole 4.4mm with around 120mm length.  It needs high precision for molds and molding skillful. otherwise the slider will be broken soon. So long inserts, we have to use Beryllium copper for cooling and put cooling channel in side.

4. Since the sliders are so long that we put hydraulic pistons for the kickoff. we need control the position with switches.

5. The two outlet of water is around 110 degree difference. So the sliders system is complicated. 4 directions sliders per end. total 16 sliders for 2 cavities mold; Cav sliders and core sliders. Also third internal kickoff sliders. with push plate driving.
