This is the plastic  gear support for Sensor parts. Hydraulic sensor parts. The material is special designed one to resist the high pressure liquid environment.

The supporting bush area has no ribs support so it is easy to have deformation. we should use mold and molding technology to make it perpendicular. Otherwise the gear can’t rotaing smoothly.

1. This part have tight tolerance since the part need match movement bush etc that needs tolerance just 0.01mm; All inserts was grinded to get precision dimension and fine  tuning.

2. Being of the construction, core side no ribs in side. it is easy to have deformation on top surface. In order to reduce the deformation, we help customer to fine tuning the design and remove some material to get better result.

3. We should put cooling system everywhere is possible to that we can control the temperature balance.

4. The perpendicular is 0.05mm since it has something rotating in side. EP marks must less than 0.03mm below surface.

5. In order to control the perpendicular, both core and cavity side need cooling system into the center of the inserts.
