This is the plastic Motor cover parts for famous Sweeper machine maker.

1. This parts have big thickness and deep ribs. It is difficult for molding filling and process. Since customers need less inserts to get strong mold and less risk about the burrs. It needs injection molding machine 850T.  But the material is PP+TD30. So it is easy to have burrs. The parting line is not flat. Also let it is difficult to make it. Ribs more than 130mm depth. we need use EDM to process it little by little. Total EDM time more than 30 days per mold.

2. This is hot nozzle mold with vavle gate. around 8mm diameter for gate.

3. The parts section left area is big lifters but the space is not so much. we need put cooling system inside and also the lifters are special design. we need add cam front side and back side of the push pcs. So if u see the lifters vedio, you will find it will move as normal then sway an angle then kickoff the parts. Not so easy to make it.

4. Since the ribs are so deep, the EDM need more time and more carefully. it is better dip in the oil with graphite electrodes.

5. This serials have two molds. SX+DX (L+R) two molds. Similar mold construction and difficult molds for construction and mold process. the harden mold inserts more than 300mm depth. not so easy to find the wirecut machine for it.

6. So big molds, it is better proposal customer make preharden mold to avoid the normal machine capacity limited.
