This is the transform parts for Sensor. It is rotating movement parts and were made from POM

The parts are tight tolerance parts. a lot of area tolerance is just 0.02mm ; Since POM’s dimension is related with mold temperature so that it is not so easy to make it with so tight tolerance.

1. This part have tight tolerance since it is rotating parts and all pins should be grinded very well.

2. Being of the construction, Cav and core side need some special design.

3. While we got the parts design from customer, we found it was interference. so that we help customer to redesign the rotating system and with right M and MD; so that it can rotating very well

4.  Since the holes dimension tolerance is +0.05 and +0.03. so we need check the dimension  frequency to control it well.

5. The gear is nostandard parts. so we need make the mold with our experiene to make it.

Every hour to check the dimension is important for the production control.
