This is the plastic motor cover for Sensor parts. Hydraulic sensor parts. The material is special designed one to resist the high pressure liquid environment.

In order to let the centering is good. we use hot nozzle+ cold runner 3 Plates molds to make it.

1. This part have tight tolerance since the part need sealing around 0.05mm and movement bush etc that needs tolerance just 0.03mm; All inserts was grinded to get precision dimension and fine  tuning.

2. Being of the construction, core side no ribs in side. it is easy to have deformation on top surface. The center bush, the connecting area is very thin and the draft angle is very small. So it is easy broken during the kickoff.

3. It is hot nozzle system with pin gate offset center. We should put cooling system surround the hot nozzle and cavity. Each cooling system should be splitted. So that we can control the temperature better.

4. The flatness is 0.1mm since it has something rotating in side. EP marks must less than 0.03mm below surface.

5. In order to control the flatness, both core and cavity side need cooling system into the center of the inserts.

6. Thickness is big. 4~5mm so that it can resist high pressure. Also easy to have twist. Molding and mold are important to keep the flatness

7. The bush connecting is very thin. it is easy to break. so need fine tuning the mold kick-off.
