This is the guider parts for Sensor. All other parts were assembled into it. It has the screw sensor to adjust the force.

The parts are tight tolerance parts. Some area tolerance is just 0.05mm with 40mm length;

1. Since the part is guider for another part. So we should keep no draft within 40mm length. that need very fine EDM and wire cut to make the surface very smooth. Manual polish will have undercut.

2. Being of the construction, Cav and core side need some special design. one mechanical unscrew construction and one hydraulic unscrew construction. The production must be careful so that no problem for the action of the mold.

3. Since the slider is so big and so high, we have to make some slider locker to keep the position of the slider.

4.  The opening area have so long and need very tight tolerance. So the molding parameter is very important,.
