This is the PCU module plastic parts bottom;  PA made part, This parts have seal function, we should put more attention to the molding and control the flatness. PA+GF material, it isn’t so easy to make it.

Even it is internal parts but we molded it according to cosmetic standard so that our customer can delivery very good quality feeling parts to customer.

For PA material, molding parameter control is very important. Also need higher mold temperature to have good cosmetic.

Since the flatness tolerance is very small for sealing parts. The sealing ribs are no air venting inserts so we need check 100% for the sealing ribs so that no defects to customer.

In order to get good cosmetic result and production effetive. we should balance the cycle time and cosmetic. Also for this material, we can’t short the cycle as we want. we should have reasonable judgement for it.
