Product description：

This is the Door module decorated plastic parts;  PC+ABS made part, This part has big thickness area, we should use high mold temperature to pack it well and better result for the molding part’s surface that need chrome and no defect.

In order to avoid any defects during molding and chroming. we use side gates and the robot will clip the runner to avoid any scratch and during chroming, the fixture also will clip the runner.

Need check the sinkmark and molding parameter carefully to avoid any burrs or sinkmarks.
