Product description：

This is the plastic housing for electronics insulation and holding, It has gloss surface on top and texture surface in bottom. we need balance the top and bottom cover’s filling and cosmetic since it is family mold, we need adjust the runner and gate to balance it. Also a lot of posts on core side that will have marks on top surface. so we should keep the cosmetic in good situation. the molding parameter is very important.

PC material is not so easy to mold this part since some are in core side but a lot of area in cavity side. We need make some constuction to avoid it stick to cavity side. This must be decided after molded a few hours then do it.

we use Submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower
