This is the plastic USB socket housing. Normally it is texture on flat surfaces.  Other area is not cosmetic area

1. We need control the flow marks on the cavity side.

2. Some area has thin thickness, we need control it with good filling.

3. Since the side wall is so thin, the two covers can’t clip well. we help customer to fine tune the design let it connecting strongly.

4. We add some ribs to increase the strength and have “Y” ribs to connect together so that it can reach the wanted result.

Since it is cheap part so that we need test and fine tuning the quickest cycle time with best quality.

we use submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower
