Product description：

This is the plastic cover for socket panel, It has texture, since there are a few holes on cosmetic surface, we need pay more attention to mold the parts to avoid any visible weldingline on the surface. Sample’s photo is the T1 samples.

PC material is not so easy to mold this parts with thin area and also thick area. No sinkmark and no visible welding line.

we use Submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower

Best quality and less cost is our commit to our customer. we study it and how to reduce the cycle time.

we need use high mold temperature to make the good cosmetic. The mismatch should letthe products looks no mismatch. we let core side 0.05mm small to let it looks better.
