This is the plastic socket pocket for Swiss land. Normally it is texture on flat surfaces and high gloss on side wall. Being of the pocket inside are cosmetic, we should avoid visible welding line during molding. Also the texture should be shining to avoid any scratch.

1. since the gate is on thin wall of out side. The inside middle area thickness is very high more than 4mm. we should pack it well to get good result.

2. The key point is to balance the cosmetic and packing pressure and cycle time

Since it is cheap part so that we need test and fine tuning the quickest cycle time with best quality.
