Product description：

This is the plastic cover for socket insulation, It has texture, Since the space limited so we need put very less draft angle 0.2 degree. Since the parts are fullly on core inserts. we should peel plate for kick-off.

PC material is not so easy to mold this part since it holds tight the core side. Also less thickness around 1mm. So it is important didn’t push so quickerly to avoid the damage during kickoff.

we use Submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower
