Product description：

This is the plastic base for socket panel, It has texture, It is the base for all other parts’ assembly. So we need make it precisionly. All dimensions should be nice. otherwise it will have problem.  Sample’s photo is the T1 samples.

PC material is not so easy to mold this parts with thin area and also thick area. Since some of area has thick area so the deformation will be big and we need control the flatness and sinkmark and balance it.

we use Submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower
