This is the plastic schuko module socket cover. Normally it is texture on flat surfaces.  Other area is not cosmetic area

1. We need control the flow marks on the cavity side.

2. Some area has more thickness, we need control it without sinkmark

3. Inside some area have wrong design so that the mold have thin steel. we add a lot of EP still can’t solve the problem. Finally we make a slot to let the inserts stronger then it is OK finally.

Since it is cheap part so that we need test and fine tuning the quickest cycle time with best quality.

we use submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower
