Product description：

This is the plastic socket back cover for Swiss. Normally it is texture on flat surfaces.  The whole back side has texture and cosmetic area.

1. We need control the flow marks on the cavity side.

2. Some area has thin thickness, we need control it with good filling.

3. some side area have very thin area, we need add air venting inserts on the perpendicular directly. That we use welding to fix it.

4. since it is easy to stick to cavity side being of 4 posts inserts from cavity side. we should put undercut on core side to let it better.

Since it is cheap part so that we need test and fine tuning the quickest cycle time with best quality.

we use submarine gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower
