Product description：

This is the plastic cover for lifter car’s controller in warehouse and ports etc. It needs enviroment resistance so that customer choose this material. Since it is cosmetic parts with glass fiber filled. So we should pay more attention on the plastic mold and molding technology

There are a few undercut on the cosmetic surface, we should make precision sliders for mold, the parting line and cosmetic, To keep all surface are uniform. Sliders quality is very important.

It is hot runner with valve gate mold. During the molding, PA is easy to go out side of the gate, So we chose valve gates for better seal the gate problem.

For the over molded parts. we should put every inserts into the locking position to avoid any problem. we should check it after molding since the nuts will move during molding and mold closing.

VDI33 for mat surface. All nuts with high torque spec. more than 3N.M; pullout force is also very high. more than 20kgf. Forthe glass fiber material for cosmetic, It isn’t so easy.

Also the cav side have slider. we need keep all surfaces on the same finish. since the slider area have different temperature so that we must find the right parameter to let it fit well.

Mold size is more than 500X500mm. The key points are to keep  the cosmetic finish with the right material and also the right torque.
