Product description：

This is the plastic cover for lifter vehicle’s centrol controller in warehouse and ports etc. It needs enviroment resistance so that customer choose this material. Since it is cosmetic parts with glass fiber filled. So we should pay more attention on the plastic mold and molding technology

There are an undercut surround, we should make precision sliders for mold, the parting line and mismatch should be perfect to avoid any problem, To keep all surface are uniform. Siders quality is very important. Since that need waterproof. no deformationand less than 0.05mm mismatch.

Down side has a suuround edge just 0.5mm thickness. For GF material, it isn’t so easy to fill it without burrs.

It is hot runner molds. During the molding, PA is easy to go out side of the gate, So we chose valve gates for better seal the gate problem.

For the over molded parts. we should put every inserts into the locking position to avoid any problem. we should check it after molding since the nuts will move during molding and mold closing.

Customer’s design was wrong, we adjusted the nuts assembly way to reach the torque.
