Product description：

This is the plastic desk top organizer for pencil, ruler and rubber etc holding, It has hight gloss surface on top and  bottom. Since inside a lot of deep inserts with a little space. we need put cooling channel for each inserts but also we need balance the water flow, we tested a few times and with different cooling channel connnection. Finally we got the good production condiction. Not so long cooling time and good cosmetic.

Also need air ejectors to avoid vacuum.

PC material is not so easy to mold this part since some are in core side so deep and we should use block EP+air ejectors to kick off it.

we use pin gate to avoid manpower work to remove the gate and runner. It is almost our standard to reduce man cost. Try to use less manpower

Best quality and less cost is our commit to our customer. we always study it and how to reduce the cycle time.
