This is the Al injection part for tag handle with chroming. we need injection then remove all burrs and let the parts no burrs then polish all surfaces and plating them to protect it and decorated it.

We need control the molding parameter and let it fill well and remove all burrs then high polish. Since some area have thick thickness so that we pack it well to avoid any sinkmark after plating reflection. During molding we need control all molding defect so that no defects after chroming.
