It is zinc alloy die casted parts. we used it for vertebra arm. which is the cable management parts for adjustable desk. we need control the burrs and mismatch during molding. so that we can polish it well.

We have a few finishes. Chrome, Black nickel and painting.

Since we use screw to fix it. we need take care about the thin material. both molding and polishing so that it has enough strength.
