This is the desk cable management parts’ covers with a lot of decorations. we injected it with perfect zamak to get better result. Normally most of desk use 60mm and 80mm grommets for desk. Also some others. For high end marketing, normally customer request high quality one with zinc parts. Our quality is focused on high end quality level.

After molding we need remove burrs and runner,  then polish, brushing etc.

It is standard parts for most of desks. one size hole is 60mm; another kind is 80mm size.

There are some other size. If you need it then asked us. we have tooling shop for die casted molding shop.

Our products have a lot of finishes and bigger outlet area. Most of grommets just have a few cables. we can put much more cables.

For this parts since it is big flast surface.( almost flat) we need take care of the molding parameter to avoid bubbles on the surface.
