Product description：

This is the Alluminum injection mold. we use it in our work shop. It is the heat sink part. It needs sand blasting treatment.

This mold has 2 cavity sliders. All  sliders should match well to avoid any jam. Since it is heat sink we need the furface as big as possible. So it has a lot of ribs for radiator.

The Al is soft. While we remove the gates and burrs, we need take care about the tream of burrs and polish. so the after molding treatment are very importanct. so big parts, no deformation and twist.
