Product description：

This is the Alluminum die casting mold. we use it in our work shop. It is the connecting arm for rectangle grommets. The surface is sand blasted or some others special color. Chrome, Black nickel etc;

As the AL parts, they have a lot of burrs and need a lot of manual work. Since the parting line is  not flat so that we should be careful of removing the parting line burrs and keep the shape. It is not so easy job to keep it 100% perfect. So Polish need pay more attention and work well then start the job. Technicians need more technology and experience about it. Also a lot of finishes are for the parts. We have to check it carefully and keep the cosmetic consistence. checked the parts 100% carefully.

For sand blasted one, we need put clear liquid painting. No dust etc. The part isn’t so easy to make the finish. since the metal finishes are more difficult than the plastic one.
