Product description：

This is the Alluminum injection mold. we use it in our work shop. It is the multicavities mold. The components are for the strength connecting and just need use zink plating to avoid oxidation;

As the AL parts, they have a lot of burrs and need a lot of manual work.  In order to save the cost as it is internal parts we use grinding bowl to grind the burrs.

The multicavities parts need us to put more attention about the parts different with the cav. we should check the mold dimension before molding and also need take care of the filling balance.
