Product description：

This is the zinc injection part, customer used it for socket decoration ring. This cover is around 250g;  Socket panel is for module socket cover and decoration of the socket. It is the main cosmetic area for this parts. So we need keep very high level quality.  Checking everything during mold and molding.

we help customer to adjust the parts design with better cosmetic and molding result. First trial, it has a lot of flow marks. After trial we adjust the gate and runner and others to let it looks very nice.

The back side of posts have thin thickness. we need pay more attention on it.
