This is the Zink injection part, customer used it for light loading wheel.  Like trolley, chair etc. It has big thickness and a slider for hole.  we need ream the hole’s diameter for nice fitting result.

we need control the packing pressure so that it is no sinkmark and no dots after chrome. it should be pressed well.

Cosmetic surface should be polished well and chrome well.
