Product description：

This is the zinc injection part, customer used it for sofa feet. It isn’t the regular surface. we need fine EDM and fine polish the mold then fine polish the parts so that we can chrome it well. Customer need shine surface. we need mirror polish firstly and then make the nice chrome. since the flow isn’t on the same surface. It is easy to have dots on back side of gate. we need control the molding parameter and let it tight packing.
