Product description：

This is the zinc injection part, customer used it for socket decoration cover. This cover is around 500g; A big slider for socket panel. need less draft angle for better cosmetic. For so big part and so big face, we need high polish and chrome it. Firstly we need keep the mold surface on right shape then polish job is another big challenge job. Otherwise the scrape rate is very high.

we help customer to adjust the parts design with better cosmetic and molding result. First trial, it has a lot of flow marks. After trial we adjust the gate and runner and others to let it looks very nice.
