This is the Al injection part, customer used it for decoration ring. It isn’t the single regular surface. we need fine EDM and fine polish the mold then fine polish the parts so that we can plate it well. Customer need shine surface. we need mirror polish firstly and then make the nice plating. we meed add glue before polish then polish well then plate.
