1. Heating and pre plasticizing

Under the pressure of the melt, the screw will slowly retreat. The backward distance depends on the amount required by the metering device for one injection. 2. Mold closing and locking

The die locking mechanism pushes the die plate and the movable die part of the die installed on the movable die plate and the movable die part of the die plate to close and lock the die, so as to provide enough clamping force to lock the die during forming.

3. The injection device moves forward

When the mold is closed, the whole injection seat is pushed forward to make the injector nozzle fully fit the main sprue of the mold.

4. Injection and pressure maintaining

After the mold locking and nozzle fully fit the mold, the injection pressure cylinder enters the high-pressure oil, pushes the screw forward relative to the barrel, and injects the melt accumulated at the head of the barrel with enough pressure into the cavity of the mold. The volume of the plastic shrinks due to the decrease of temperature. In order to ensure the compactness, dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the plastic parts, a certain pressure should be maintained on the melt in the mold cavity, To supplement materials.

5. pressure relief

When the melt at the mold gate freezes, the pressure can be released.

6. Injection device backward

Generally speaking, after the pressure relief, the screw can rotate and retreat to complete the next feeding and pre plasticizing process. (in the existing injection molding, the action of the injection seat evacuating the main gate of the mold has been canceled, and this action is performed for materials with serious molding salivation, such as PA).

7. Mold opening and ejection of plastic parts

After the plastic parts in the mold cavity are cooled and finalized, the mold locking mechanism opens the mold and pushes out the plastic parts in the mold.

Since then, a complete plastic product has been completed. Of course, most of the plastic parts will need to go through oil injection, screen printing, bronzing, radium carving and other auxiliary processes in the future, and then they will be assembled with other products to form a complete product, which will eventually reach the hands of consumers.
