This is the injection plastic mould for sports car’s cluster. To Indicated the signal right. customer put it inside of cluster. We need keep the flatness within 0.3mm so that the display has the right function. Cavity side has more material so we need find the way to keep the parts in core side. small parts, we can reach the short cycle time around 13s per shot. The clips area has very thin shutoff that need precision mold process. The cavity side holes with signal, the shape should be right to avoid the display problem, no manual polish was permitted.

1. From the photo, the dial clip area is little size clip with shutoff construction. we need keep it no burrs. so the mold precision must be very high.
2. 4 big holes draft angle is from Cav side. so it is easy to stick to the cavity side. the mold must have some construction to keep the parts in core side after mold opening.
