    This is the injection mold to produce Automotive air condition control panel main frame.  This is the very precision molds since all ribs are guide ribs with movement of button. So the tolerance is one thing. another is the match with button. Almost all need fine tuning the match let the feeling OK. Customer just care the feeling not the tolerance. So even the dimension is within tolerance. customer also ask fine tuning the dimension.

1. Too many guide ribs, not so many tooling shop can make this job,

2. Fine EDM is very long. normally more than 3 week.

3. Too many shutoff and mite position. that need skillful for the matching tolerance of the mold.

4. Everywhere is small, a lot of weak area. Need more attention about the mold process. Since the draft angle is less a lot of area in the inserts so if put too many EP then it means you will have worse cooling result and during production a lot of EP will break.
