This parts is around 450X230mm. The main quality requirement is about the surface quality. no burrs and no shadow in any visible area. No visible welding line. So this need high level mold making experience about the cosmetic parts. Gates location, molding experience, parting line fitting etc.
In order to have less shutoff line and help customer to adjust some area draft angle but no effect about the parts function and customer design. Simpler parting line then it means better mold life and mold quality. We have a lot of experience about the instument parts. some of our engineer ever worked in instrument plant more than 5 years for similar molds.

we made Graphite Electrodes to get nice surface of EDM
2. how to get the welding line no visible?
Mold flow to put the welding line as short as possible and in some corner. From front view, no visible.
Then high mold temperature is necessary to get quiet good result.
