This is the injection plastic mould for sports car’s cluster. size is 400X450X550mm; customer put it in the back of cluster. Even it can’t be seen from the user. but while we deliver to the customer’s plant. It is visible. So we should keep it as good as possible. A lof of shutoff and the thickness is so high so that we need keep the mold precision very nice otherwise it will have burrs. As preharden mold, the shutoff is soft. So to keep the precision is more important.
Big thickness need more balance filling to keep the flatness.
