This is the injection plastic mould for Sports car Steering wheel button. The critical points are the PA66+GF50 material that is difficult for molding and the deformation should be very precision. otherwise the function will have problem. Need both mold and molding skillful for this construction. Both cosmetic and dimension are very important. No surface is flat. Four directions are sliders holding. So it is important to get the right locating and Max 0.05mm mismatch all surface.
