1. In order to get high volume production, the mold strength is important. normally most of plant will make a lot of inserts and put a lot of EP. For us is differentl, high volume need stronger mold then we must put less inserts and less EP. Small EP is easy to break. we put another construction to let the push out fource is enough and less inserts.

2. since less inserts then it means it need more electrodes for fine EDM. EDM time is more than 3 weeks.

3. Mold shutoff is another skill. It need enough experience for the molds

4. From the photo you will find it is complicated the mold for shutoff and match. it is important to find the right process for short lead time.

5. In order to get less cycle time, the cooling system is important to put. For dimension, mold dimension is basically. molding parameter and temperature control is very import for everywhere too.
