This is the injection plastic mould for Vehicle dashboard. To show information property. customer put it back of dashboard. We need keep the flatness within 0.3mm so that the sealing is OK. Cavity and core side are opposition so that we have to find the way to keep the parts in core side after mold opening.
1. In order to keep the parts in core side, we help customer to adjust the draft angle direction and fine tuning the design according to our experience to avoidd the sinkmark area
2. There are some EP on cosmetic surface, we need keep it flat. 0.03mm difference
3. since this parts most of material in cav side. we need keep the parts in core side and no movement with lifters. So it is necessary to make a simple struction to let it leave from the lifter and no movement with the lifters.
4. Since small space for the lifter. So Cumasa spring lifters are necessary.

From the section, it showed the sealing slot, the thickness is around 0.8~1mm. it is not so easy to keep the mold shape precision during the process and molding. Also some post from cavity side. the draft angle and premovment kickoff is necessary for the mold construction
